PURPOSE

FAS-VE-2850 B aerosol high-efficiency sectional filter is designed for use in exhaust ventilation systems of industrial companies to provide high-efficiency air cleaning from different solid aerosols with particles sizes from 0.1µm and bigger including beryllium.

SPECIAL FEATURES

Filter consists of two filtering sections: coarse and high-efficiency cleaning.
- coarse cleaning section is made of G4 class (glass-mat) filtering material under GOST 51251);
- high-efficiency cleaning section is made of H13 class (glass-paper) filtering material.

Housing is made of thermo resistant weatherproof plywood.

Working medium of the filter is gas-air mixture containing solid aerosol particles including beryllium.

In accordance with GOST 15150 the filter is produced in climatic modification U, placement category 4, atmosphere type IV.

Specified service life of the filter – 2 years.

Filter is non-repairable and shall be replaced upon the expiry of the specified service life or in case of reaching maximum permissible value of aerodynamic resistance.
